What to expect from the Beat Connection:

• Reviews and previews of Southern California’s world renowned, cutting edge dance events such as Monster Massive, Together as One, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Coachella. For every upcoming rave and massive, we’ll keep you keyed in with tips on which DJs to see, information about the venue, and general tips on how to survive these daunting 80,000+ person raves.

• Up-to-date information regarding smaller scale events at local clubs (Avalon/Cinespace/Playhouse/etc), bars, raves, and parties.

• The best new dance (house/techno/progressive/trance/minimal/electro/etc) tracks on the EDM circuit (no downloads though…for now).

• Interviews with the players in LA’s music scene – promoters, DJs, promoters, label heads, etc.

• Mixes compiled by LA based DJs Slava and Rob McCall, as well as guest mixes submitted by DJs around the globe.
