What happens when you combine the fastest-growing EDM scene in the world with highly driven, music-loving entrepeneurs? The answer is San Diego’s Reset Music Festival, which is set to take place on June 5th at the San Diego Sports Arena. Reset is the brainchild of [fellow former UCLA Bruin!] Bryan McClanahan, an avid DJ and businessman looking to capitalize on Southern California’s immense love for electronic dance music. McClanahan has already brought artists such as Deadmau5, Snoop Dogg, and Funkagenda to San Diego, and is now looking to really break through by enlisting some of the most in-demand names on the EDM circuit, including Bassnectar, A-Trak, and Flying Lotus. So far, ResetSD has all the makings of a fine event: quality talent, affordable admission, and room to dance (unlike certain daisy carnivals of the electric persuasion).

Be sure to keep your eye on these guys, as I’m sure their productions will get better and better. Tickets can be found here.
