Quick rundown of who put one of their LA gigs as their “Gig of 2009″ in the DJMag Top 100 DJ interviews.

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) – Kaskade, Fedde Le Grand, Infected Mushroom

Nocturnal Festival – Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate (I’m assuming 2008), Laidback Luke

Together as One – Armin van Buuren

Avalon – Axwell

Lovefest (LA Sports Arena) – Sharam

That’s 10% of the top 100 having their best gigs in Los Angeles in 2009. Not too bad eh? Kudos to the promoters and concertgoers who made these gigs memorable. Because when they have fun, we have fun.
